Don't feel bad. My friend dislocated her daughters shoulder in a similar situation. Neither of you threw your child or anything...the child happened to throw themselves while you were holding them! ps...I pushed Derek off the top bunk when we were kids and he broke BOTH of his arms...BEAT THAT! :) ha ha ha!
