The Tooth Fairy came last night!
Ashton finally felt good enough to go to school this morning. Good thing because he had a field trip to the ballet and to the BYU Museum to see Norman Rockwell paintings. However, I wasn’t aware of the church dress requirement and ended up taking him church clothes at 9 AM. Phew! Then Ethan, Annie and I went to Walmart, At Home and Costco. It was a crazy morning!
Josh and I got to go out tonight. We went shopping for night stands. We went to Bassett furniture and then all over RC Willey (I had already been shopping Pottery Barn and the whole internet for weeks). We walked around the mall, mulling over our options, then went back to Bassett to order bedside tables AND a bed! I mean, it’s really something normal couples do when they get married. We have put it off long enough! The only crappy thing is they will be ready in 4-6 weeks. I guess I’ve waited this long…..Then we went to Shoga for sushi. By then, it was 9:30 and there were no movies we wanted to see and really nothing else to do. We drove around Provo, being surprised at every turn by new, huge buildings or giant empty lots where there used to be buildings. We parked at the bottom of BYU campus and walked up the hill and all around campus. We were having a grand old time reminiscing and telling stories. I LOVE that place! Even though it has changed SO MUCH. I love that campus with all my heart!!! When we got home at 11, we found the gates CLOSED!!! WEIRD.
