This morning, Dr. Montgomery CAME TO OUR HOUSE on his way to work to check on Ashton. That completely makes up for my fury on Wednesday. Ash’s leg seems back to normal and he now has the thumbs up to get back to normal life (carefully). So he went to school, happy as can be. He is so done being limited by this injury.
Annie and I went to Costco and then she helped me organize all the Halloween stuff. She was my little secretary, sounding out the costume names to put on the bin labels. She is a doll.
She was super tired so we cuddled and watched “Boss Baby” for a little while. Then she said “Mom, I’m super tired. Can I go take a nap in my bed?” Poor thing.
I went to check on her after an hour or so and found her like this!!! SWEETHEART!!!!
It’s good Annie took a nap because Druw, Jayda, Drake and Paisley slept over. Emmy performed surgery on Jayda’s Beanie Boo. The little boys played with Lego’s. The big boys played Madden. The little girls played and played with dolls and barbies. The girls eventually all ended up in Emmy’s room, listening to music, writing, coloring, reading and dancing. Then ALL the kids watched “Spiderman Homecoming”
