Josh helped me feed all these kids this morning with pancakes and eggs. Then they got back to playing.
Josh worked around the house all morning. I also worked around the house. At 11, we drove all the cousins home. On the way home, Ash asked if he could drive the car. We went to the Ira Allen parking lot and he drove around, very cautiously, for a while. I warned him that after he drives once, he will become CRAZY about driving and will want to do it all the time. For the rest of the day, he kept wanting to drive.
So I had all the kids do their Saturday chores. Ashton and Ethan cleaned their bathroom and Ash somehow ended up in the bath giving Daisy a bath, also.
Our Saturday dwindled so quickly! I didn’t do anything I had planned but I had to hurry and take a shower at 2. I left Josh still working around the house and took the kiddies to an expo for kids at Thanksgiving Point. We got there at 3:30 and at first they were super bummed about being there. But they played some games, got some glitter tattoos and awesome balloon animals and they were happy. The whole reason we went was to support my mom at her Cari Cami booth. We had a lot of fun.
Then we rushed back to Spanish Fork for Betsy’s 2nd birthday party at 5. We were a little bit late. It was a fun night.
